Lucid dreaming convert to astral projection???

Hello,

I've been lucid dreaming since I was little. My dad taught me how to hold my nose in the dream to stop breathing and tell myself its not real, thats always happened and I didn't realize till I got older what I could do with lucid dreaming. long story short I recently started to fly in my dreams and escape my nightmares by controlling it. I bought a couple guides and I was looking into some crystals to help but I want to know since I am lucid dreaming, can I convert into an astral projection or change from a lucid dream to astral projection?? always been able to control my dreams but I never really read about it and researched till now.

Please help

Why are you thinking about dreams are not an astral projection? How can you see in dreams when your eyes are closed and how can you see something and walk there like in real if you are not in astral side?
Maybe this can help you - try to close your eyes in lucid this is the first way your dream disappears and you will fall into astral. but the dream is also astral but you were created this astral world by you mental power.
Second way is trying to open your eyes and you can enter in your real world and see your ghost body. yes it's real and l'm not joking.
try this and wrote results, please.
